Financial Wellness by Karen Hunter: Library Resources

This guide is an introduction to creating healthy financial decisions while at Napa Valley College, and managing finances when finishing college and entering the workforce.

LIbrary Resources

The library is not only a great resource to help you with your studies, but it can also help you stay healthy in your financial wellness plan. McCarthy Library on Napa Valley College campus has books on reserve for your classes and Link +, a consortium of libraries, to help borrow books you may need. McCarthy also has laptops and hot-spots to borrow for the semester..

McCarthy Library also has reference librarians on-site who can help you with research questions, such as searching for relevant articles and books to support your research, or for general questions on where to find things on campus. Stop by McCarthy Library and speak to a librarian today.

A Note on E-Books

This guide contains books that are either available in print at Napa Valley College or digitally.  With your Napa Valley College Library card you have access to digital copies of the books through a number of platforms:  EBSCO, Libby (Overdrive), and Hoopla.  The source for each book is listed in the call no. of the book.  If you need help with accessing the books, talk to a library staff member or explore our eBooks Guide for more details.
